Life’s a Beach at The Village at Fairview.

You don’t need an ocean to make a splash at The Village Beach. Challenge your friends, or take on the whole family at our Beach Volleyball courts. It’s a great way to get a little exercise, and have a lot of summer fun. (And it’s a lot cheaper than that trip to Malibu.) Head for the beach today!

Want to take your dog to the beach too? Visit the Sandy Paws Dog Park located within the beach.

For the Safety and Enjoyment of our guests we have established Beach Rules.

No tunneling under boardwalk or digging deep holes in the sand
No throwing or kicking sand
No profanity
No shouting
No loud music
No alcoholic beverages
No glass containers
No BBQ grills or open flames
No spiking volleyballs on the Yellow and Blue courts. Competitive play is allowed on the Red and Green courts only.
Proper attire required at all times. Shirts and shorts. No bikini tops or bare chests.
Return all borrowed equipment to it's proper place.

Please be sure to always leave The Village Beach in a way you would like to find it, and we will all always enjoy it in the way in which it was envisioned!

Courts are available on a first come, first serve basis.
